Noel Rabaja
Tax Partner , SGV & Co

Noel leads the Tax Compliance Group as a partner. His position demands from him a certain level of leadership and performance which is the result of his experience gained from his trials and undertakings which has molded his character.

Noel recalls his life as a SGVF scholar, Like most of the scholars, I came from a public school and I learned the value of education. When I was in high school I attended the SGV talk about accounting. This inspired me to pursue accounting and later apply for a scholarship at the SGV Foundation. The Foundation taught me to maintain my performance in school since we were required to maintain a high academic average, and to do the best in everything I do in order to achieve my goals and reward myself and my parents.

Noel believes that Education is the key to bridge the gap in our society, he explains that Education is not to be taken for granted. Today, we need more role models, everyone must play their part. There are problems in public schools, the government must not overlook this and should be more involved. We must provide others who have no capability the opportunity and the means to good education.
