1.
The undergraduate scholar shall be selected by SGVF
among the nominees presented
to the foundation by the
school's Selection Committee.
2.
Preference shall be given to applicants who applied
for the
scholarship at his/her own
initiative.
3.
Preference shall be given to applicants who demonstrate
financial need. However,
an applicant who may not
demonstrate financial need may
also be considered.
4.
The grantee must be willing and able to fulfill
all academic
and non-academic requirements
necessary to maintain
his/her scholarship. He/she must
be able to meet all other
requirements specified in the
agreement entered into by
SGVF and the school in which
the Grant has been established.
5. Service Agreement - At SGV Foundation, Inc.'s
prerogative,
the scholar shall render
two (2) years of employment service
with SGV & Co. on a full
time basis, in his/her field of study,
upon completion of his/her course.
