Graduating SGVF Scholars from Don Bosco Youth Center Graduating SGVF Scholars from Don Bosco Youth Center. SGVF first awarded its scholarship grant to the vocational and technical schools of Don Bosco Youth Center-Tondo in 1987. Don Bosco is a vocational trade school that provide industrial skills training to out-of-school youth.

San Ildefonso Computer Training Center
San Ildefonso Computer Training Center. SGVF donated to San Ildefonso Parish to suppport 30 trainees in computer programming, enabling idle youth to become productive members of society and assets to many business establishments.

  • Don Bosco Training Center in Tondo, Manila - 150 recipients of scholarship for vocational and technical studies
  • Don Bosco Agro-Mechanical Technology Center - The Diocese of Legazpi and Don Bosco, have organized a Program of Poverty Alleviation for youth and families or rural areas, by establishing an AGRO-Mechanical Technology Center at Legazpi City. SGVF sponsored one trainee in the amount of PhP 25,000. The training is for 18 months starting August 6, 2001 and ending on July 2002. Another 6 months of on-the-job training will be required for their graduation.

  • King's College of Isulan Vocational School - A grant to a member of a cultural minority of South Cotabato

  • Dualtech Training Center, Canlubang, Laguna
    - A P 400,000 donation for library facilities
    - Alfredo Velayo Scholarship Fund with an endowment of P 600,000 scholarships for 20 students every year in perpetuity
    - Computer-Based Value-Added Training Program - Donation of P 100,000 to fund the training of 20 physically handicapped persons from different parts of Metro Manila

  • Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE) - A technical school that offers three-year vocational course - Donation of P 100,000 for scholarship purposes
