Faculty
Development and Apprenticeship Programs
The
SGVF established the faculty development program
in 1976 in recognition of the significant role
that teachers play in development and of the need
for faculty members to constantly improve their
skills through teaching, research, or extension
service.
Assistance
was provided to teachers who participated in educational
programs in various fields of industrial
and
management services
to improve their teaching
methods.
The
Foundation started its apprenticeship program
for selected students. the objective of the program
was to incalcate the SGV culture in promising
students.
