The SGVF recognizes that, for any educational effort to succeed, a number of facilities and resources should be available to the students and the faculty. One such facility is a well-equipped library.

Books and publications are donated to provincial libraries and schools to improve their collection of literature on accounting, management, economics, marketing, taxation and similar areas of study.
